Actually, it's a recipe a friend found online. If you search "three alarm tofu mushroom" you should find it.

I did ok in terms of calories on Monday and Tuesday, but went a little off the detox plan on Tuesday. I couldn't eat until after I had labwork done (for a travel clearance for work) at 9:30 and then only had 10 minutes at home before rushing out to a study I was participating in that lasted until 8:00, so I ended up eating a Lean Cuisine before it and had a lot late. Still no exercise, though.


Monday:


Breakfast: smoothie of soy milk, banana, mango, almond butter
Snack: banana
Lunch: salad with chicken and sliced almonds
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs, soy latte
Dinner: chicken with corn and brown rice
Snack: spoonful of peanut butter
Total calories: 1720


Tuesday:


Late morning snack: banana
Lunch: salad with chicken and sliced almonds
Snack: veggies, apple
Snack: Lean Cuisine mushroom pizza
Dinner: 2 turkey burgers with corn
Snack: tofu with a little peanut sauce
Total calories: 1630

I stuck with the detox plan fairly well, except for Thursday evening, when I went out for a friend's birthday and she had pre-ordered all the munchie food for us. I was hungry
