Day 1 of journaling.
First of all, beautiful wedding picture!!
Second of all - yes journalling can suck (especially when your not eating as well as you should, LOL) but it DOES help pick out patterns of eating.
I did the mommy & me exercise DVD today- yay!
B- raisin bran & soy milk
L- sausage & veggies
S- juice & jerky
D- chili, green salad, tortilla
S- mango sorbet
This puts me at about 1800 cals.

Well I didn't do any exercise today.
Amberly, great job on getting out for that walk AND for staying under your calorie limit! I think I'd turn to chocolate too if I was dealing with a crying baby! LOL
