Friday to Sunday May 1-3


Not a bad weekend. Probably ate more than I needed to, but did balance it with a run Friday & Saturday and yoga on Sunday. Plus have been eating healthier meals, now to cut back on snacks!


Went to wine tasting on Saturday that was fabulous! Got two great bottles of wine, and sat down and had a relaxing evening Sunday with a nice glass.


Goals for May 31


Weight: 135 (Current 142)
Exercise: 900 Min (Current 155)
Running: Finish Week 6 (Current Completed Week 2)

1. Water *
2. 5-6 meals (add protein) ***
3. Whole Grains *
4. Low Fat Dairy

Monday May 4th



Well not a great start to the week, but I did get a lot done. Went to visit a training centre for martial arts and boxing as I'm trying to get them to contribute to our silent auction and it is a fabulous facility! They actually stole my kickboxing teacher away from the University so if I want to train with him I'll have to go there. Plus the guy said to send Matt and his friend down and he'd give them a day of free training which is cool.


Then of course had fast food for dinner which was no good, but I was really good the rest of the day so don't feel too awful.

That's cool about the martial arts school. Is it close? Pricey?

That was really nice of the guy to offer that for Matt and his buddy.... and good for you- the added journey may not be great, but the facility and the trainer will make it worth it =)

Yay - good for you! I was supposed to be starting Week 3 this week (I have 1 more to go) but now I'm taking it easy on the ankle - hopefully by this weekend, early next week I'll be struggling through my 3 minute runs too lol
