Hey Vanessa, hope that ankle feels better - make sure you don't train too hard on it and give it some rest and maybe some ice!

OMG - my trainer turned from Bob to Jillian yesterday! He worked me to death! I had to stop for a minute because I started feeling light-headed. Guess I am getting my money's worth lol Oh yeah - and I did lose 3 1/2 lbs since starting with him!
That is fantastic news about the weight you've lost! It's so nice when you KNOW you are getting your money's worth.
