You had an awesome week last week exercise wise!!! I have my first week 3 run this week - hoping I don't collapse! LOL

OMG - my trainer turned from Bob to Jillian yesterday! He worked me to death! I had to stop for a minute because I started feeling light-headed. Guess I am getting my money's worth lol Oh yeah - and I did lose 3 1/2 lbs since starting with him!

The ankle is better Miranda. I iced it Tuesday night and then did some interval jogging on it on the treadmill at the gym yesterday and it's

Great job getting to the gym at lunch!! And glad that ankle is feeling better. Maybe try out that ankle brace and see how it works.
