I think I'm off to a half-decent start to the month.
I did alright with food and exercise today, but I'm worried that because I ate dinner early, I might get hungry before bedtime.
Looks like a great start to June!! What's up with Andrew's leg? Hope you guys get out for the hike!
I may have started the month well, but that didn't last long! I went to Andrew's place after work on Thursday and didn't enter my food in FitDay when I got home. Exercise has been practically non-existent.

I know! Stacy's food always looks yummy!! Hope you recover from all that weed pulling Stacy - yardwork is tough on the muscles - I don't know what it is but you always end up feeling like you've run a marathon!
I've always found that doing things like gardening, cleaning windows, etc.... really makes me aware of muscles that don't see much action ;-)Plus, they do burn quite a few calories.....
As the others have said, food looks good =)
