I did alright with food and exercise today, but I'm worried that because I ate dinner early, I might get hungry before bedtime.

I may have started the month well, but that didn't last long! I went to Andrew's place after work on Thursday and didn't enter my food in FitDay when I got home. Exercise has been practically non-existent.


Thursday:
Breakfast: light bfast sandwich
Lunch: 6 inch cold cut combo from Subway with Fritos
Snack: peach
Dinner: 3 pieces of ham and pineapple pizza
Total calories: unknown
Exercise: none


Friday:
Breakfast: light bfast sandwich
Lunch: lowfat vanilla yogurt with mixed berries and granola
Snack: string cheese, peach
Dinner: 2 pocketless pitas topped with mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, garlic, turkey bacon, feta, mozzarella
Total calories: 1850
Exercise: none


Saturday:
Breakfast: egg scrambled with tomato, mushrooms and feta, hash browns, turkey sausage
Lunch: pot stickers
Dinner: pocketless pita topped with spaghetti sauce, mozzarella, turkey meatballs, mushrooms
Snack: rice pudding
Total calories: 1900
Exercise: about 2 hours of pulling weeds and planting

I know! Stacy's food always looks yummy!! Hope you recover from all that weed pulling Stacy - yardwork is tough on the muscles - I don't know what it is but you always end up feeling like you've run a marathon!

I've always found that doing things like gardening, cleaning windows, etc.... really makes me aware of muscles that don't see much action ;-)
Plus, they do burn quite a few calories.....
