Okay, well I'm starting my month a little late this time around. Things have finally calmed down to their normal pace at work AND I just bought my plane ticket to go see Bill in Seattle 7/10 so my determination to get

7:15 whole grain english muffin, cheese slice
10:30 - Dunkin Donuts (glazed choc donut) - co-worker brought in for Natl Donut Day
2 - leftover frozen lasagna, brussel sprouts
3:30 - strawberries, 2 caramels
6:30 - McD - chicken club sandwich, med fries
Sat, June 5
9:45 - Bob Evans Light & Fit Fruit & Yogurt crepes, coffee
2 - Hot Dog (@ neighborhood festival)
4:30 - 2 Hebrew National fat free hot dogs on Whitewheat buns, 1 svg pringles (lunch @ hm with kiddos between festival & errands)
8:30 - 2 slices from large Domino's cheese pizza, 1/3 Cinnastix
Water
Fri - 32 oz
Sat - 48 oz
Exercise
Fri - 5:40am - Leslie Sansone 2 Fast Miles dvd (35 min)
Sat - 6:50am - WATP Weight Loss Series (30 min) walk, Prevention Magazine
Hey Vanessa, your food tracking is awesome. I'm just very lazy when it comes to that and that's probably why I'm not seeing results! LOL
At any rate, good start to the month - and YAY on the trip to see Bill!!

ROTFL!! Isn't that the truth!!
I am having a REALLY bad "work-life" which is really affecting my personal life. I'm not eating right, sleeping right or exercising. This week alone I worked 12 hours each day Mon & Tues, I had to cancel Tues training session, I haven't been eating much because I've been so busy, and aaack I've started smoking more at work
....just this.....

Vanessa I know you are having a lousy time right now. Your work environment sounds brutal! I hope you can keep that appointment with the trainer - just being able to carve out time that is just for you can make you feel less stressed. I'm glad you are looking at other jobs, hopefully one will catch your eye that is perfect!!
