Okay well so far June has sucked. LOL but I am seriously regrouping this weekend and hopping back on the wagon.
I'm almost done all of my events now except for the golf tournament on the 22nd, but these past few weeks have been brutal.
My eating is out the window and I'm not getting in any exercise except for on the weekends. Blech.
I for one definitely need something to get my butt in gear!

Okay well first an admission - I have eaten a tray of ready made cookies (the dough, I didn't even cook them) over the last three days. How awful is that?? Anyways, I'm off to a new start now, and have actually done okay exercise wise:
Saturday - 32 minute run, but had a beer and a glass of wine and of course the rest of the cookie dough.
Sunday - am off to yoga class, food is on track so far.
This week my schedule is back to normal, so am going to get more workouts in and get my eating back on track!
Sunday was pretty good - ate well, found some cinnamon apple crisps which are cinnamon flavored dehydrated apples - 100 calories for a whole cup and the ingrediants are basically apples and cinnamon!
Anyways, got to my yoga class, so all in all a pretty good day.
Cookie dough Miranda?? (though I'll admit, I'm not even a fan of the ice cream kind..... --and the thought of raw dough sort of churns my stomach. I know, I'm weird ;-)
How were the apple chips? I've seen them here, but never tried them.

The apple chips are good! Of course my son and all his friends devoured them so there aren't many left! LOL
Monday wasn't bad - am having a rough TOM though so no run. Food was good, have to drink more water though.

Sheesh, what a happy lot we are! LOL
Anyways, did get out for my Day 2 of the week 4 program, but it was ROUGH. I added a hill and had a lot of problems with the running. Also had on older running shoes and boy does that make a huge difference!
Eating was alright, although did have a glass of wine. Am going to get back on tracking my foods, or try to, to get a handle on my calories.
