Okay I've decided that for September, I am going to make a healthy habit every two days that I need to follow. So starting today, my healthy habit is going to be posting in this journal to hold myself accountable for my daily exercise. My plan is to start my routine tonight, so after I am done, I will return and post my progress.

I was all ready to start being healthy and active....and now I'm sitting here battling what I think is a case of food poisoning! Ugh! I think it's a way of reminding me to develop healthier eating habits and not eat so much junk food. I know that I can get this anywhere and anyhow, but last night I was really debating whether or not to have what I ended up having (what made me sick) or something a little healthier.

Anyways, I'm definitely not trying to sneak out of the whole exercise thing again, but I might need a day or two before I can start!

Feeling much better, thanks! Still a bit of lingering effects, but nothing major. It's quite funny because through all this, I developed a healthy habit! I'm drinking much more tea. I have peppermint tea after dinner, and oolong tea a couple times a day. It's much better for me than reaching for a pop or something of that nature. So one healthy habit developed!
