Wow... October already. My September REALLY sucked as far as diet and exercise. Bill came out to visit Labor Day weekend and I never really got back on track after that. I ended the month with birthday celebrations so now it's time to get back in to it for the new month.
Goals for October:
- Journal food & exercise EVERY day, no matter how bad it is
- Exercise AT LEAST 150 min per week (that's only 30 min a day for 5 days)
- Get ready for my 5K November 1st
Today's starting weight (even though I'm still bloated is 147 lbs). I would like to lose 5 lbs this month.
