Friday
Busy day at school- I did give my 2 cents at the meeting (first staff one we've had since going back) on the longer day ~exhaustion, and was glad to hear most agree wholeheartedly~ I mean really we really do want to give the best quality we can, and quantity doesn't always equal quality!!- and thoughts on the "specials" being offered on a Friday- seems difficult to wind down your week when you are go-go-go getting everything done in time for specials and meetings. I suggested they be changed to Wednesdays.
Went out for happy hour with the girls... good fun!
No workout.
Water- 40oz
Fruit/Veggie- Apple...




Monday- bike ride- 20min walk
Tuesday- clean the house (swept and vacuumed)
Wednesday- walk- 40min walk
Thursday- walk- NO
Friday- off
Saturday/Sunday- yoga

Saturday
Apart from waking up at 5am, and unable to get back to sleep- not a bad day. Did manage an early morning nap (8-9.30), and an afternoon movie too (Under Suspicion- Gene Hackman, Morgan Freeman, good movie)- squeezed in some house cleaning and my Yoga dvd- then met K and some friends out for dinner. However, feeling yucky today- sniffles.... plan on taking it easy today- already let the girls know I'm not going to the baby shower!
Yoga- 50mins

Water- 40oz
Fruit/Veggie- Pear, Broccoli




Monday- bike ride- 20min walk
Tuesday- clean the house (swept and vacuumed)
Wednesday- walk- 40min walk
Thursday- walk- NO
Friday- off
Saturday/Sunday- yoga- SAT

Took it very easy yesterday- didn't even leave the house. Fighting off a cold. Ugh-- head was about to explode yesterday.

No workout

Monday & Tuesday
Still fighting off the cold. Yesterday- was ok, by the time I got home though..... shower and pj's it was. Today- a little more congested, but my head isn't as bad, so take it that's a good sign. Haven't done much else but work though. House needs a bit of a clean, body needs a bit of exercise and fridge needs a little product ;-)
Tomorrow!!


Oh yea, forgot to throw in that TOM showed up Saturday #meant to be today)- so that threw me too. Meant to attend two things this evening 1)blackjack practice for the school fundraiser and 2)friends bday drinks. Not attending either. Hitting the shower and pj's, again....

Sippin' on my thera-flu right now! Had a terrible coughing fit about half an hour ago. Glad I opted out of both events tonight ;-)
