GOALS:Exercise at least 3 times a week
FridayBusy day at school- I did give my 2 cents at the meeting (first staff one we've had since going back) on the longer day ~exhaustion, and was glad to hear most agree wholeheartedly~ I mean really we really do want to give the best quality we can, and quantity doesn't always equal quality!!- and thoughts on the "specials" being offered on a Friday- seems difficult to wind down your week when you are go-go-go getting everything done in time for specials and meetings. I suggested they be changed to Wednesdays.Went out for happy hour with the girls... good fun!No workout.Water- 40ozFruit/Veggie- Apple...

Monday & TuesdayStill fighting off the cold. Yesterday- was ok, by the time I got home though..... shower and pj's it was. Today- a little more congested, but my head isn't as bad, so take it that's a good sign. Haven't done much else but work though. House needs a bit of a clean, body needs a bit of exercise and fridge needs a little product ;-)Tomorrow!!
Oh yea, forgot to throw in that TOM showed up Saturday #meant to be today)- so that threw me too. Meant to attend two things this evening 1)blackjack practice for the school fundraiser and 2)friends bday drinks. Not attending either. Hitting the shower and pj's, again....
