Well this will really be my journal for the second half of October - the first half has been a bust!!
My schedule will be crazy until the 17th, so really I'm just trying to fit in what exercise I can, not to eat out too much, and to keep my food intake relatively under control.
Am going out tonight again, and then am down in Calgary for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and back on Sunday. It's our Thanksgiving weekend this weekend, so food won't be great, but I am going to seriously try to regroup Sunday/Monday.

Well back at home! Finally! And on to the week!
Matt did great! He was the first client in over a year to get his wisdom bead (the fourth stage of their treatment) and was a fabulous role model out there. I'm so proud of him!! Now he just needs to transfer that attitude to his home life!
Food was out the window, and so was exercise. Honestly I just don't know when I'm going to get a chance to go to the gym next! I'm working late tonight, and working Friday night and Saturday day. Not fair. LOL
Anyhoo - I can't remember when I posted last but yes I had another date with the guy I met when I was at the party in Red Deer. He seems really nice. Hopefully we'll go out again!

I got rid of it because I never used it LOL
I just never seemed to work out at home. I just need to carve out some me time and put my foot down. Maybe I'll try an early morning workout and come in later. Ha ha ha.
Seriously. I should do that.
That's fantastic that Matt did so well in treatment Miranda. I seriously gave a "thumbs up" when I read about him being such a good role model there. You should be proud!!
And YaY about the guy ;-)

Okay Miranda - you're off the hook for the at-home workouts! Now let's see if you can get to the gym somehow!
Okay well late meeting last night and early morning meeting this morning. So still no workout. Have a coffee date tonight and a date with the guy I met from Red Deer tomorrow. Am working Friday night and late Saturday afternoon but I'm determined to fit in at least two workouts this week. Somewhere. LOL
Food was kind of crappy kind of good yesterday.
1) Ate good breakfast (soy smoothie), good lunch (salad & yogurt & Vector cereal), and good dinner (thanksgiving leftovers)
2) Ate 2 cookies, plus a chocolate bar. Not so good.
3) Am trying to time how long it takes me to eat lunch/dinner. Think I eat waaayyyyyy too fast.
