The hour was a result of sheer stubbornness. I hit the quick start and it set an hour. I had planned to get off around 30 or 40 minutes, but some guy came by when it said 37 minutes to go and asked if that was correct because he wanted the machine I was on.

I'd have done the same, or at least I'd like to think I would have!


Lucky you, not only getting out early for the weekend, but having Monday off too. We have another staff meeting tomorrow, and the teachers have a workday on Monday. Yay.... not.

What a jerk! I always cover my time with a towel so I don't look at it and no one else can too! lol Is this a new gym for you or one you just joined?

I haven't been keeping up with FitDay the past few days, so I'm not sure about the calories I've taken in, but I only had one unhealthy meal and it was after having spent 4 1/2 hours helping a friend move on Saturday. I figure I had already burned off the calories in the unhealthy lunch.

So glad to hear that the move went well, and that people rallied around to help her out. Wonderful!


And yea, maybe move to another machine--- how annoying.... OR you could just time check him the next time, if he gets to it first..... ;-)

Stacy - fabulous job on the workouts!! And way to go for sticking it to the rude guy! LOL That gave me a good laugh. Fitness out of sheer stubborness - I love it! LOL


That guy does seem to be a bit of a jerk. Maybe switch, but it could be he's just a knob and will keep bugging you in which
