Okay well this is only a so-so journal this week. I need to get back into a routine! Luckily most of my events are over for the year, and we are hiring a new person who can take back a lot of the work that I've been dealing with lately, so I think that November may have gotten off to a rough start, but I can get going and finish strong!

Well yesterday wasn't great. Still no workout. Matt had a haircut in the afternoon that I was paying for, so I left to do that and then had to work late to finish up some stuff. Ran some errands and then basically crashed when I got home.


I've brought my gym bags today though - and am determined to get to the gym!

Okay most of Monday was good! Got in a great workout - a 5K on treadmill then weights. But my eating was a bit off once I got home. Pretty snacky. Not horrible mind you but not as good as it should have been.


Have another day off Tuesday and Wednesday and then back to work for two days. Whew. Rough week. LOL


Breakfast: 2 Pieces country grain toast w/peanut butter, Grapefruit, water
Snack: Cappuccino, ginger cookie
Lunch: Sparkling water, mango/apricot yogurt w/strawberries
Snack: 4 Turtles, coffee w/vanilla creamer
Dinner: Pork Tenderloin, Potatos, Spaghetti Squash
Dessert: Popcorn (w/butter & salt), Vanilla Mousse


Workout: 1 hr 21 min / 629 Calories Burned

Again a mostly good day. TOM arrived with a vengeance so I was craving carbs and salt in the evening. Did get a swim in though!

Breakfast: 2 Pieces country grain toast w/peanut butter, Grapefruit, water
Snack: Coffee w/vanilla creamer
Lunch: triscuits and Edamame hummus
Snack: decaf cappuccino, Canadian maple donut
Dinner: Pasta w/ shrimp and curry sauce, smoked oysters on crackers
Dessert: Nothing

Workout: 28 min / ?? Calories Burned
