Well this weekend was much quieter than I anticipated - thanks to 8 inches of snow we got Friday night! Plus more on Saturday.


The roads were awful, and while I went to our work party - I pretty much stayed in the rest of the weekend.


No workouts, but not awful eating either. Kept drinks to a

Okay, well we are definitely into winter weather here!! Yikes! I am determined to get my butt in gear this week!



Exercise Goals - 2 Gym, 1 Swim, 1 Ski


Food Goals - Track Calories, Keep under 1700


Water Goals - 64 oz per day


Me Goals - Take some time for myself each day (not just watching TV)

Sheesh. What an awful start. No gym (forgot my bag), tons of bad food (no reason), and I'm ready for a do-over already! LOL


Food (Goal to track and keep calories under 1700)



Breakfast: Soy Berry Smoothie (173 Cal)
Snack: Coffee w/International Vanilla Creamer (82 Cal)
Lunch: Turkey Chili, Triscuits (351 Cal)
Snack: Puffed Wheat Square, Mars Bar
