Well so far 2010 is off to a great start! Even though the challenge doesn't start until today, I've gotten 2-5K runs in, a circuit workout plus a cross country ski! Whoo hoo! Of course I need to focus on my eating too! But will be doing the I'm Fit Bingo Challenge!

Well not a bad day. It was an off day for exercise, but I was really snacky once I got home and I didn't do well at all. Chocolates, peanut butter toast, just overall not good. But I think I'm about through all the Christmas goodies and I didn't gain any weight over the holidays, so now I've just got to get serious about taking it off!
I'm taking the easy way out and logging my "No Soda" day which is easy for me since I don't really drink pop!

Eating was waaayyy better. No mid-day cookie! No chocolates! Whoo hoo! Also got to the gym. I'm starting the Gateway to 8K to do a 10K run in March, and I finished week 1 day 2. Yippee!! Plus got in some weights and stretching!

Yeah, right now the Gateway to 8K isn't bad. 5 min warm up, 7 min run / 1 min walk x 4 and then 5 min cool down. So very doable for week 1.
Today's my swim day - so short workout. I'd really like to do a try-a-tri in May so have to get my swimming up!
