Mon Jan 4


9:30 - 2 pcs chocolate, clementine, coffee
11:30 - instant plain oatmeal w/ Splenda, 1 creamer
3:30 - 2 baked chicken thighs, peas/carrots
4:30 - 15 almonds, 2 clementines, 1 pc chocolate
8:30 - Lean Cuisine quesadilla
10 - 10 frozen chicken nuggets (okay - at least they're gone now!)


Water:
Mon - 32 oz (TOM - bloated already)


Exercise:
Mon - Couch to 5K Week 1 Day 1 (37 min, 305 calories burned); Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1 Day 1 (27 min, 173 calories burned)


Sleep:
Mon - 5 hrs 35 min - would have been longer but was up from 4:45-5:30 with KILLER cramps :-(

Vanessa, I'm sure you can't get those answers fast enough from your doc. Hopefully there will be something they can do!


How do you like the Jillian Michael's DVDs? I just got one of her books and it is a little intimidating!

Love your honesty here--it's encouraging to see other people own up to their chocolates and chicken nuggets ;-). Makes me realize that we have nothing to gain by trying to fool others (or ourselves!). I had hot cocoa again--But I'm *not* going to tomorrow night!

Do you like to exercise? I admire all that you did!

I LOVE the 30 day Shred dvd Miranda! I have heard such good things from other people as far as results - not necessarily weight loss - but toning and the way it has changed their bodies! I hope to see this straight through this time - fingers crossed! I did buy her other 2 dvds but want to get through this one before I attempt the others - I hear the other two are

Shayna - I'm always honest in my journal - just wait til you see one of my "happy hour" entries! lol I HAVE to be honest with myself so I can see where I can improve and where I did pretty good.


I really do NOT like to exercise, but I hate to diet even more! As I've gotten older, I've had to increase my activity for the little bit of weight I have lost. I went through a break up a couple of months ago and ended up losing almost 10 lbs (go figure) but I'm still not happy with my stomach - and after having twins - who know if I ever will be. But I am going to seriously give it my best effort this year to try to get this belly back where I want it!

Well - he asked me to dinner and a movie but I think I scored MAJOR points yesterday when I texted him and asked if he'd mind if we went to dinner and then someplace to watch the football game afterwards instead of the movie ;-)
