Ok, when I used to work out religiously, I would work out for hours at a time, and I loved it!

You know Jennifer, everyone has to find what works for them! All those plans that tell you that you HAVE to work out for this long, or at this heart rate or what have you just may not be a good fit for everyone.


Glad to hear that you are enjoying your workouts! I know that once I'm in my groove everything seems to fall into place - I sleep better, I feel better, I'm sure I look better too! LOL


So what do you do for 3 hours??? I sure do admire people who can go that long!

LOL, I start with an hour of yoga which makes me feel so good that I just want to do more!

Hey whatever works for you that's going to keep you consistent is what I say to do! For me since I'm a single mom of 2 kids and I've been having success with breaking mine up in to 2 separate workouts a day -one early morning (weights)
