Romantic Dinner in Disneyland?

DH and I plan to spend one evening at Disneyland just the two of us, while the 3 kids are off with their Grandma and my aunt, so please offer up suggestions on where we should eat and what we should try to do while it is just us two "grown ups."

I'm sorry, I just never think of Disneyland as being "romantic", lol. Probably the most romantic restaurant would be the Blue Bayaou, which is actually in the Pirates of the Caribbean. But both of those are currently closed for rennovation and I'm not sure how long they'll be closed. You might want to look into one of the nicer restaurants in Downtown Disney or one of the hotels.
As to what to do in the parks without your kids, I'd want to do the things the kids don't usually want to do. Are there rides or attractions that your kids either can't do or won't do that you've wanted to try, or at least be able to ride on together?
The Gold Vine Winery looks romantic, in California Adventures, I think there is 3 different places to eat. I also heard that the Napa Rose in the Hotel of the Grand Californian was nice.
As far as what to do without the kids. I would want to go on the rides that I couldn't because my kids are so young, then head over to DCA and check out the Winery part and have dinner and a glass of wine with DH, then depending on our mood-shop, people watch, check out fireworks, ride more rides, etc.
