Need some advice, QUICK!

This is my first time here and after looking at this board, I'm thinking I should have done more planning! We are leaving to Florida on Thursday from California. We will be going to my sister's wedding on saturday the 6th in northern Florida, then drive to Disneyworld on Sunday afternoon. We fly out Tueday evening. We are staying at the Coronado Springs Resort, which looked really good, but I'm now seeing mixed reviews. We have a 2 day park hopper pass. It's going to be me and dh with our 18 month old ds and my other sister and one day my mom. I have only been to disney world once and only went to MGM, I didn't like it much. I've been to disneyland several times, however. Which parks would you recommend? What rides will ds be allowed to go on? I'm sure it's very limited. Any other tips you may have?

Thanks!!!!
Misha

Coranado Springs gets mixed reviews *mostly* becuase it's so spread out. It's not a small compact everything within reach resort, but if you're prepared for that it will be great. Definately be sure to have your own stroller for your son, the ones you can rent at parks are not that comfortable and you can't take them out of the parks.

With 2 days and an 18 mo old I would go between Magic Kingdom (this should be fun for you to compare the 2!) and Animal Kingdom. They have the most for your son to do and enjoy, both in the actual things he can do and in the relaxing and fun

My family stayed at CSR for our 1999 trip, and we rather liked it! The pool and playground area will be wonderful for your 18 month old. If you have a stroller and don't mind walking too much, I don't think you'll hate it. The arcade area was nice, too....if I remember, my 2 and 3 year olds (at the time) had fun on the little ride-ons.

My daughter was almost 2 for our trip last December, and there was very little that she could NOT do. Disney is wonderful that way! If I had 2 day hopper passes with little kids, I'd spend one day at the Magic Kingdom, then I'd spend the next day hopping between Animal Kingdom (AM) then over to Epcot (PM). Epcot is open later, and the evening show is something to see.

Have a safe trip! It sounds like fun to me.
