Hi all! I am so glad I found this board. I hang out on the Debt support board a lot, and found it through there!
I am going to Disney tomorrow night (Wednesday) and leaving Saturday. We are bascially doing two days at Magic Kindom, Epot and doing Fantasmic at MGM. We live in Jacksonville, Fl, so it's only about a 2 hour drive.
How much money would you guys bring with you for food for those 3 days? Thursday, Friday all day at the parks, then Saturday we will hit Downtown Disney before we go home.
Just wondering. I haven't been there in a while--so I am not sure how outragious the prices have gotten.
THanks!!!
--Shannon

How many people are going with you?
I would suggest that you go to allearsnet.com and click on dining. Menus from all the parks, resorts, etc.... are posted on there. The prices for each place is listed. That way you can kind of get a feel for what kind of food you would like, and the price range too! Have a great time. It's 116 days wait for me!!

I don't really have much to tell you in that we were on an all inclusive plan (just because I didn't want to deal with the $ figures - this way we just had 1 week of pretending we had money!

Thanks!! I am leaving this afternoon! It's my DH, and DS (3). I think we are going to stick to counter service for this time around! I am very very excited to go. Thanks for the advice , and thanks for welcoming me to the board.
(all inclusive is the way to go!!!)
Have a great time!!!
I would think with counter service it shouldn't be too bad.
OK - looking the ABC Commissary breakfast was $10.00 - that was for 3 people (I don't think I got anything)
The food court at the Contemporary for us was $36.32 for breakfast; $51.60 for dinner, these also included desserts for all of us.
That was for 6 people and that was the only counter service we used.

Becky at what age to they consider the kids to be adult? Aslo how do you go about all inclusive, where are you staying? I figure if the price is right I wouldn't mind going that way and not worrying about how much money you need as the meals would already be included
Tina
Disney considers 10+ adults for dining.
