What's on your "Want to Do WDW list"???

You know what I mean, those things you see online, or in someone's trip report that you would really like to do, if you can just remember it? I had several things, but I've forgotten most of them, and I don't write them down soon enough.
The only one I can remember now is that I want to get a Kitchen Sink at Beaches and Cream. Would like to see the Electric Water Parade and maybe do the campfire at FW.
Anyone else care to share??

At Mk I want to
The Emporium on Main St. Is that where the characters are or is that the store? Wherever the characters are. I've known about it at least the past 3 trips, maybe 4 or 5, and we've never made it in.
The new Living Seas.
Soarin'.
The Epcot passport!
WCC, LTT, and GG (restaurants).
The Narnia exhibit (is it still there? Any word on when it won't be anymore?)
Astro Orbiter.

Eventually, I hope my kids can ride up with the driver of the monorail. We've tried, but have never been succesful.
I also want to eat at several new places: Whispering Canyon, 1900 Park Fare, Coral Reef, Kona Cafe, etc.
There are a few things that we've NEVER done in my 6 trips to the World: we've never been on the riverboat thing in the MK, we've never ridden the trolley down Main Street, we've never taken the boat across the World Showcase in Epcot.
So much to do in Disney and so little time!

There are so many things I want to do.
I want to eat dinner inside Mexico
Tea at the grand floridian (which we have planned for august)
spend time on main street and just main street exploring every nook and cranny
Yeah, after I typed it, I sort of remembered that to be the store. Hey, at least I got the first letter right...lol.
What's the hidden Mickey?

The door to Mr. Tumnis' cave has some elaborate iron work over it. It's the main design of the iron. It's not so noticeable in the movie becuase it's covered in snow, but once you know it's there it's obvious.
