How on Earth do you all pass the time waiting for vacation. Our last trip to WDW was planned a week in advance, so I had no time to sit and watch the calendar. This time I have 120 days until vacation, and it is killing me. They say don't tell your kids until the day you leave I think I should have told my DH not to tell me until then also. My eye has been twitching for almost two weeks, I think it has to be because of this. I have considered making one of paper chains not for my kids to count the days but just for me to.
Any tips on how to pass the time?
Jennifer

I am totally the same way. We don't go until September 2nd. I've spent the weekend making our dinner reservations. I think I'm going to drive DH crazy!!
We're going to Hilton Head the week of July 3rd but all I can think about is Disney.

You and me both, girlfriend! Long about February, DH announced at the dinner table that we were going to Disney in October (we'd been discussing it between ourselves) and I could have KILLED him for telling the kids so early. But actually they have been waiting much more patiently than I have. I'll be on the Disney site, planning, scheming, dreaming, etc. and my 6 year old will come up and say "Mom, we're not going for a LONG time!"
Now, I'm just waiting to find out what (if anything) Disney will offer for a Fall promo so I can book my package! I have a room at WL confirmed and all my ADRs.... now for the final step of making it a package! Anticipation.....is making me wait....

I know exactly what you mean. Today=102 days!! It seems like forever. I have been on this message board and at allears just about every waking moment, drinking in all that is Disney! I have also TIVO'd every Disney special on the travel channel. I watch them over and over. I know I am driving DH nuts!! I'm worse than my 8 year old, and she is pretty excited. I've been there 4 times before, the last being 4 yrs ago. I am ready for my magical escape from reality!! I never thought I would find myself praying for the summer to fly by! So, you are definately not alone.

Glad I'm not the only crazy one. I just found this board several days ago and have been on allears since we decided to go. It's all I think about. And we don't even have kids!!! I just feel like a kid again. Only 110 days to go.

:-)
Surf every Disney-related website you can (there are TONS out there!). Watch the planning video. Watch videos of your past trips. Look at pictures of past trips. Read the planning books cover to cover and then over again!
We didn't tell our kids about our last trip. We planned it in June and kept it a surprise until the end of September. It nearly killed me, but we really wanted it to be a surprise (we told them the night before, via video tape, and they nearly fell over!) They were 10 and 6 at the time. They asked me if we could surprise them again someday! They loved it!!
