I have been just about pulling my hair out planning our trip. I can't come up with anything that looks perfect, but it could be that I've had WAY too long to plan. Here's what I have, please make suggestions.
5/25--arrive sometime around, before, or close to noon. Will check in at Pop, eat lunch, and go from there. Our plan (DH and I agree on this!) is to go to AK, see the Nemo show and the parade. We have 6:00 ADR at Boma. Will probably go back to the room after that, we're driving through the night; DH is used to working 24 hour shifts and midnights, he'll be fine as long as the sun is out and he stays moving. I'm going to do a few hours of the driving so he can rest, and after we arrive at WDW we'll be using WDW transportation, so no driving when he's so tired.
5/26--7:50 'Ohana breakfast. Family Magic Tour (where do we meet for this??) around 9:45 at MK. We'll have lunch, then depending on how we're doing, either go back and rest, or stay at MK. We're aiming to eat (early, to avoid huge waits) at Beaches and Cream, and we have an Illuminations Cruise to meet at 8:00. If we have time between eating and the cruise, we'll either wander around the Boardwalk or hop into Epcot for a couple countries in the WS.
5/27--Donald's Breakfastsaurus 8:15. Spend the morning at AK, leave after lunch. The afternoon is free (swim and NAPTIME), and we have 5:30 ADR at Whispering Canyon. May go to DTD or mini golf this evening, or not, depending on how we feel.
5/28--Epcot morning, LeCellier at 11:30 for lunch. Try to do a waterpark this afternoon for a couple of hours (lazy river, family raft ride and kids section, wave pool if there is one). May go back to Epcot this evening to see some of the WS if we want to.
5/29--8:05 H&V breakfast; spend the day at MGM. Fantasmic package 5:40 at Mama Melrose's.
5/30--8:05 Crystal Palace. Spend the day at MK, afternoon break more than likely, dinner is c/s (any suggestions?), Spectro and Wishes.
5/31--9:30 Chef Mickey's breakfast to celebrate Isaac's birthday. No real plans for the day, may go to a waterpark or play mini golf; return to MGM if we need to. Possibly AM EMH at MK, but will have to scrap Chef M's if we do that. Dinner at 5:30 at 50's PTC, no plans for the evening.
6/1--Epcot all day with a break in the afternoon; dinner at 5:30 Cape May Cafe. Probably return to Epcot for the evening.
6/2--9:30 boys to Pirate Cruise at the GF, DH and I do get Photopass CD made while we wait, walk around, whatever. Grab some lunch and head home.
None of this (except the things I already paid for!) is set in stone. If it doesn't look right, or I left something out, let me know. Thanks!
Steph the frazzled with 39 days to go

I think your plan looks ok.
I think it looks great! I like that your plans are pretty flexible. It is so hard not to micro plan Disney trips (at least for me anyway,LOL). I go back and forth between anal micro planner, trying to plan the order we will do rides, and totally laid back "we will just do what ever the kids want". I seem to be having a hard time with the in between :)
Try not to drive yourself crazy with the plans. Just remember that no matter what happens, you'll be in Disney :)

I thought about having brunch or an early lunch somewhere; the only place that really comes to mind is Kona, and I've heard a ton of great things about it, but the menu doesn't look good to me at all. That would be good though, then we'd be ready to hit the road, because the boys get lunch on the cruise.
Steph
thew only thing I can see as a potential for desater is the # of late nights followed by early ADRs. You have lots of breaks built in, which is good and flexible nights in there, too, so it may not be an issue!
As for CS in MK, my family and I LOVE Cosmic Rays!! There are plenty of choices and great atmosphere (Make sure you can see Sunny play the piano!)
Early EMH are GREAT IF you can get there right at 8!! But I think you'd be better off having a lazy morning before your Chef Mickey's Breakfast.
Enjoy our trip!

Ooh, Steph, you have so many fun things planned for this trip!!!

Thanks Elena! We do have a few late nights/early mornings, but it seems to work well for us (most of the time, lol). My kids are always up around 6:00 or 6:30, regardless of how late they stay up. I can't figure it out. I've tried keeping them up later at home so they'll sleep in on Saturday mornings, and it backfires every time!
Glad to hear you like Cosmic Rays, that's one place at MK I was thinking about. We've never done c/s there, we usually eat at our resort for c/s, so I need opinions!!!
Steph
Dumb question, is City Hall to the left as we enter MK? As in, on the same side of the "road" as the Fire Station?
Steph
Yes, City Hall is on the left near the Fire house.
I think your itenerary looks great. I had the same thoughts about semi late nights and early mornings but my kids are the smae as yours! lol doesn't matter when they get to bed, they're up at 630. (530 before the time change! ugh)
