Is it true that strollers are not allowed inside Disneyquest? If so, is there anything for a toddler to do there? Or is it geared towards older kids?

Hopefully, someone who has BTDT can chime in, but it looks like an arcade / laser tag kind of place that would appeal more to kids older than a toddler.

Don't know about the stroller, but heard that you cannot bring them in. We went about 2 years ago and our 5 year old LOVED IT. Daddy loved it too.

We are going in February and me and our 3 year old ARE NOT going. Dad and now 7 year old son are going. There is nothing for a 3 year old to do in there. This is the only time we are splitting up.

It is not just video games. There are some virtual reality stuff in there that I enjoyed. One was rafting on a river in prehistoric times.. A lot of fun. Another was a pirate ship fight. You stand in front of a cannon and shot at pirate ships on a very large video screen. Again, much fun.

I like Disney Quest, but not going with a 3-year-old.

Hope this helps!

I'm glad Josette gave us a BTDT experience - that always helps.

Just adding to the chorus of "I would NOT take a toddler in there!" We were just there on Aug 13th, DH and DS9 like it, like they like their video games, etc. The virtual reality stuff is kinda fun, I went to share the memories with DH and DS but for a while was tempted to just go shopping, too. My one favorite thing in there is the virtual roller coaster that you can design on a screen and then ride in a simulator. We did that 3 times in a row, and would have done more if the lines weren't getting worse and worse. I would definitely do something else with a younger child, and don't intend on going in there myself again!

I agree with Val - it could get really uncomfortable with a stroller. Some parts are open, but many are narrow. And about going with a 2 yr old, I don't remember there being much in there for that age at all. Our daughter who went to DQ at 10 and 12 absolutely LOVES it.

You are sooo right - the virtual rollar coaster is by far the best thing in DQ (although my dd loves lots of other stuff, too.) She has made at least a dozen different virtual rollar coasters, and we even bought the videos of her riding 2 of them, lol!

At the moment I can't recall how many kids you have, or their ages, but DTD has some nice things to do with young children - play at the Lego Imagination Center, ride the miniature train, ride the carrousel, cool off in the the water fountains (not sure what to call them!).
