Why won't my confirm # work on disney.co

I am trying to pull up my vacation info on disney.com. Sonya gave me my reservation # and it won't work. I called Disney and they told me I need to get if from travel agent. Will I be able to pull up this info even though I booked with Sonya?
Am I missing something??
Josette

Hi, Josette. When you book your trip through a Travel Agent they "own" your reservation and only they can pull it up or make changes, etc. If there is something you need to do like make changes, etc you'll have to contact Sonya to do it.
Hope that helps.

I was really supprised to find out that the days we are booked at Disney Oct 7-11th ALL of the Moderate Resorts are fully booked on thoes days! I was trying to do a comparison to see what it would cost to upgrad to a Deluxe resort, like maybe Wilderness Lodge or Animal Kingdom. Our trip is actually all paid for. There was a room availiable in Wilderness Lodge for thoes dates. There were rooms available at Pop Century also. I was looking into it because I don't know how me and my DH will be able to sleep in a double bed since we have a Queen we sleep in at home. A double could be tight, but, I guess if we are tired, we should sleep. OR make him and the 9 year old grandson sleep together,LOL! But I know my grandson would love to sleep in a bunk bed.
At least when we go over to Universal on the 11th, we will have 2 Queen size beds in the room.
I have to say that even though I have always booked my own trips through Disney I've found that site to be extremely unreliable when you are trying to check reservation details - it almost always says that it can't do that right now - or words to that effect.

Thanks for letting me know. I would just like to look at in online, etc, not make any changes. I was also curious to see if my ADRs were on there as well. I think you can plan an itenerary online too. I am excited to finally have this trip booked.
Thanks again Melissa. I always enjoy reading your posts. (Hoping you get your wish of a bundle of joy.)

I'm at Barnes & Noble now and didn't bring my backpack with work stuff, but I think unreliable is a good word for trying to look stuff up on the Disney website.
