Questions on the Magical Express

Ok, my DH just finished talking to our neighbor. They just got back from Disney. They stayed at Pop Century. They got the free meal deal also! Now he said that he hasn't heard any good reports about the Magical Express, that they just picked up their luggage from the turnstyles or whatever you call them, lol

I used ME twice - once to Poly and once to POR and I did not have any trouble getting my luggage.
My only problem with ME is that they were TOO efficiant! We only had a carry on that I ended up checking and I didn't put yellow tags on it. 2 reasons for that 1) I planned on keeping it with me and 2) the yellow tags were sent to my mom 3 states away since the ressie was under her name.
We took our time not following signs to ME and stopped to get mom a Starbucks etc. Ended up waiting at the WRONG baggage claim for my bag (didn't read signs, went to the only baggage claim w/ people at it on the rightside of the terminal....lol hysterical now) Anyways we didn't ever find my bag - start freaking - discover we're at the wrong airline baggage claim - go to the right one and all the luggage is gone. Start to file a lost luggage claim - did I mention that ALL our clothes, and our APs are in that bag?
LOVE ME - used them the last 2 vacations!
Yes, the PP are right - as long as you plan accordingly, it is a breeze to use!
I had my carry on with me, with the PARK essentials packed (Including bottles of sunscreen under 3 OZ each) and we checked in, left the rest of the carry ons with Bell services since our room was not ready at 11 AM and were in EPCOT within 2 hours of LANDING at MCO!
When we got back to our room about 5 hours later, all of our checked bags were there, we just had to call to have our carry ons delivered, but chose to go pick them up since they told us it was about 45 min before we could get them.
Our trip last year, we were skeptical, but planned accordingly. We were able to check in, go to our room which was ready at 2 PM then head right to MGM. When we got back later that night, our bags were waiting for us!
YES< you can absolutely go get the bags yourself, then lug them all on ME for you, but why? Not only will it steal time from your vacation, you will also need to tip the ME Driver since he is now handling your bags. At approx $1 per bag, that adds up quick! You do not need to tip the people that deliver your checked ME bags to your room, since it is included in the ME service contract.
Just things to think about!

We used ME and didn't have any problems.
We had one bad experience and two good with ME so far.
My only suggestion is to make sure you have PLENTY of time to get through security and

I just got the ME yellow tickets in the mail today.
It's always best to check this site just before leaving:

We've used ME twice now, and have had great experiences both times. We always head to a park when we first arrive, (like around 1 or 2 pm) and get back to our resort relatively late (like 9 or 10) and our luggage has always been waiting for us when we got back to our room.
Our friends didn't receive their luggage until the next morning on their last trip, but they arrived in WDW at like 12 midnight.
