Workout: bodysculpting class for 45 minutes, three sets of assisted chin ups

Stretch: after working each body part, and a couple minutes at end of class

Water: couple of trips to the water fountain :(

Energy level during: moderate - i couldn't do as many push ups and chin ups as i've done in the recent past

Energy level after: good

Notes: still not at full power because of navel.

Workout: 20 min epi, 15 min rotating stair climber, 10 min bike, 5 min incumb bike, squats, leg extensions, leg curls, calves

Stretch: 5 minutes or so

Water: um, only from fountain at each change... but I got my 100 oz for the day still

Energy level during: pumped!!!

Energy level after: relaxed, went and sat on the beach and got a sunburn watching hubby surf!

I think I missed what this thread is...? For Monday I did three hours, one circuit training class, one stretch/tone low impact class, one high cardio and toning class.

Energy level good...and I'm hungry LOL...am I following what we're doing? Deb

warm up/stretch: 5 minutes

crosstrainer: intervals (2 minutes about target, 2 minutes at lower target rate) for 30 minutes

stairmaster: 15 minutes on aerobic training level 9

cooldown: 3 minutes

3-5 minute abs, lower back

2 assisted pullups, not getting better on these!:-(

UBWO (that's deb's abbreviation :-) ) two sets of 12 for all parts

Energy level: high before and after

Water: throughout, but I don't measure
