Two hours skating, some high (jumps, spins, pushing fast), some low (just fooling around, footwork, etc.)

Energy level: low before class--it's at a low point of the day for me

Energy after: high--I'm always pumped after skating. The bad part is that I'm so revved I usually can't sleep that night.

wrong day--that was wednesdays stuff...tuesday I did 2 hrs...am was regular cardio toning class in the am, pm was circuit training!

I did a Body Pump Class on Tuesday. (1hr)
