11:45 am - bodysculpting class (45 min) plus chin up (5 min)

energy level before - eh.

energy level after - better

navel is improving! it's barely interfering at all...the worst part is actually bending over to pick up and put down weights so often.

Just finished a performance step class. I feel great; it was a terrific workout!!!

One hour Spinning class...UGH! Tough, but I was amazed at how good I felt once I pushed past feeling totally beat (my teacher is a great motivator...)! It was like I could have kept it up for another 20 minutes. Then 1/2 hour- biceps and ab workout. Totally worked biceps to exhaustion and it felt great, couldn't wait to go home, have a cup o'joe and EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks goodness tomorrow is Friday!

2 hrs..."Simply Jazzercise" (more low impact, with toning, weights, etc. floor work)..tonight totally different routines "Jazzercise regular", high cardio with the rest of the good stuff.

One hour... 25 mins cardio on elliptical interval cycle, 20 minutes resistance training including abs, push ups, pull ups, tricept dips, chest press, bicep/tricep curls then stretching for 15 minutes.

Energy level went way up but I didn't eat before and had a headache all night even after dinner
