I did 15 minutes on the stairmaster (including warm up), and 30 minutes on the crosstrainer, at my new level (yea!). I tried my assisted pullups when I was cold and couldn't do one, even at 30 pounds assisted. After the stairmaster, I did almost a full one at 20 pounds assisted. It's funny how much warming up helps. I finished up with weights.
Another example of taking it too easy! I've been doing bicep curls with 12 pounds weights. Today, I grabbed the 15s by mistake and did as many reps. I didn't notice until I was done. AND, I thought I was fatiguing the muscle at 12#s. It's scary that I can fool myself so easily!
