30 hour: 5 minutes treadmill, 2 (2 minutes) sets of abs on ball, 8 minutes stretching, 10 minutes elliptical, 5 minutes stretching.

i just missed my bodysculpting class because of work :( i wish i had that pill jean mentioned in the QOTW so i didn't have to do strength training... now i'm stressed! plus i'm teaching half a class on wednesday and i don't have enough choreography yet. plus they are giving me SO many cases at work lately.

Hope it gets better! If you don't get a routine together, I've had instructors who put in quick intervals to get the heart rate up--football, lunges, high hops, running, etc. It takes up time and gives a great workout.

thanks, but my instructor wants me to be able to do the choreography as part of my training. i just took a break from my work and figured it out...i kept going over it in my head while i was trying to sleep last night and today on the metro, but it doesn't work, you have to actually do the steps to see if they work. i have to keep it kinda simple because of my cueing skills but i hope it's fun!

Two hours skating...two hours of falling. I think I spent more time on the ice than up last night and my pants were wet when I was done. I got a great workout, though!

My gym routine started with an hour facial :)

Then I drank about 2 glasses of water and jumped on the fat burner interval elliptical program then abs and stretching.
