April goals update?

My goal updates:

1) Be on my way to doing one assisted pullup at 20 pounds.

I did 1 3/4 yesterday!

2) Stay away from ALL refined and overly processed foods for at least one day a week.

Still Thursdays--I counted mine last week even though I had a little processed foods (popcorn, McDonald's salad w/ grilled chicken breast). The food was still fairly healthful.

3) Up my intensity on the crosstrainer. Right now, I do level 12 for 2 minutes, level 9/10 for two. I'd like to do level 12/13 for 2 mintes, level 9/10 for one

I'm doing level 16 for 2 minutes, level 10/11 for 2. I think I could go higher for 1 minute, down to 16 for one and then one for 10ish, but there isn't the option. Ugh! I'm going to keep playing around with this.

jean, why don't you just do the elliptical on manual? then you can do any combo of time/levels you please.

i'm going to keep no processed food day on thursday too. so far so good with that goal during the past two weeks, and it's definitely improved how i eat the rest of the week.

still taking the vitamins approx. every other day.

haven't done anything to prepare to teach this week. i'm definitely going to teach a warm up this week and come up with at least one more combo.

I'm too lazy, lol!!! How sad is that??? I like to read on the machines and if I had to keep flipping back and forth for the minute, it would drive me crazy. I might give it a try next time.
