so after this talk about goals today i've been thinking about an inspiring group goal for july. since it's the time of year when people are going to be travelling, and spending time outdoors, rather than always in the gym, what if we did an "summertime sweat" goal -- total number of "sweat hours" spent in some kind of physical activity. (no fair counting activities that you just sweat from the heat - it has to be you are sweating because your heartrate is up!). jean can count a hike at arches nat'l park, judie can count her biking, etc. etc.
would anyone else be into that?
