I have used Fitday in the past and started today to keep a serious record of what I am putting into my body! :) However, I just input something and my caloric count and theirs didn't match. I have had this happen before. Do you just accept what Fitday says is in it or do you use what is on your label? TIA ~N

If it's significantly different (which it often does), I'll input mine as a custom food. The other site I like is Calorieking.com. It has a larger food list and it's name specific. I can just look up the brand I use. If it's not there, you can send it in as a suggestion. It also has a larger list of exercises.

That is actually what I did was input it as a custom food using the info on the side of the bottle. Thanks though! ~N

I wish you could add custom exercises on Fitday.
