1) Large, all-inclusive gym or small, cozy one with just the basics? prefer small, but like lots of options

2) Soy or whey protein or none? soy because I bought it but I read that whey might be better unless you need soy

3) Pasta or rice? either

4) Late night snack or nothing after dinner? green tea

5) Stretch standing or sitting down? standing for warm up, sitting for cool down

All-inclusive

Whey protein

3) Pasta or rice?

I avoid both but I miss pasta the most

4) Late night snack or nothing after dinner?

Nothing after dinner because I eat dinner late at night

5) Stretch standing or sitting down?

I don't stretch, but if I did, I would do a quick standing stretch.

2) Soy or whey protein or none? whichever is cheaper, usually whey

3) Pasta or rice? hmmm... both. Locals eat rice with everything, including their morning eggs. I don't go quite that far, but we do have rice in the steamer constantly and we have it most often as our starch. But, I'm a big fan of pasta too (that italian influence from my mother).

4) Late night snack or nothing after dinner? done at dinner.

5) Stretch standing or sitting down? depends on stretch.

1) Large, all-inclusive gym or small, cozy one with just the basics? Depends. I used to belong to one with "just the basics" and I liked it. I was there to work out, it had what I needed, and the staff was excellent. But now I actually work at a Rec Center which is MUCH bigger and I like it just as much! :D

2) Soy or whey protein or none? Either or. Doesn't matter to me, depends what goals I have in mind.

3) Pasta or rice? Neither. I used to be a pasta fiend. I can now do without.

4) Late night snack or nothing after dinner? I eat my last meal late at night, but I keep it mostly protein so I don't lose muscle while I'm sleeping.

5) Stretch standing or sitting down? Both!
