Jean, have you been to www.turnstep.com ? Check it out if you haven't. There are patterns/routines for EVERYthing! I love it! I have even put in a few, do a search for Michelle R.

I do teach Bosu. I like it, but would rather step! LOL! Story of my life! And I forgot Kickboxing! I gave up my KB class about six months ago, but I really liked that too!!

I'm a CPT, group fitness instructor & lifestyle/weight management consultant. I teach everything except Spin (don't enjoy it). I'm a former dancer, trained in boxing, a smattering of martial arts & self-defense and yoga. I mostly teach weight training, kickboxing (actual & cardio-type), BOSU and fusion classes these days, along w/ doing PT - mostly w/ 'special populations'.

i'm a group fitness instructor - at various times i teach cardio kickboxing, sculpt, hi/lo, and step. right now i'm teaching cardio kickboxing once a week and hi/lo every other week, plus subbing, and that's more than enough for me. at this point i'd prefer to just sub, but i'm reluctant to give up the free gym membership i get.

i'm best at teaching cardio kickboxing, but my favorite to teach is step.

I have been there. I'll have to check out your moves! I have the hardest time trying out the moves w/out seeing them.

I checked them out (and actually got up to try them out). Fun!

I don't! I'm just a plain-old gym-visiting gymrat. I'd rather learn that teach- just my disposition.

Hi! I am an AFAA certified group exercise instructor and have been certified since we were called certified aerobic instructors. :-) I teach step, hi/lo aerobics, kickboxing, body sculpting, Pilates (which I prefer to call a mind and body class), and various versions of interval classes. Step is still my favorite too. I did get certified for kickboxing and Silver Sneakers.

I am anxious to get back into teaching more, but I am on sub lists right now. After the holidays I will start back teaching more regularly.

I'm an ACE certified trainer. I do not teach any classes nor do I have any interest in teaching.

You know what? I've learned so much more as an instructor/trainer over the years than I would of otherwise. Granted I thought I knew it all after I became certified (how very, very wrong i was), but I have learned so much as result of all the wonderful people I''ve met over the years - clients, participants & peers. Their knowledge & experience has been invaluable and continually challenged me to stay on top of my game. Sometimes though it IS fun just to be a "plain-old gym-visiting rat". And if they're weren't people like you I'd have to find another career I might not enjoy as much. So, thanks!
