keep in mind i'm not weight training these days, but i do a little here and there...

1) tricep

favorite and the only thing i've done lately is tricep push ups.

2) back

which part of the back? favorite - back extension on the ball. the only thing i've done recently is bent-over rows.

3) stretch

i like a lot of stretches! maybe if i have to pick one it'd be butt stretch lying on back with ankle on opposite knee. i like dynamic stretches a lot too.

i've been doing a bunch of different stretches lately: most often dynamic quad and hip flexor stretches, hamstring with heel out in front, chest stretch with arms clasped behind the back, side stretch from child's pose, side lunge...

4) plyometrics

favorite and only one i've done recently is plie jumps.

btw-i'm talking about the kind you do on your side. i think some people also call it "tricep pushups" when you do regular pushups with your hands together. the kind i do really isolate your triceps and so they aren't TOO TOO hard, at least to me. they are hard for your triceps but they aren't hard like regular pushups where your whole body is working.

How do you do it? I don't think I've seen sideways tricep push ups. I was talking about the ones where your arms are close to your sides, hand in.

1) tricep

Tricep push-ups

2) back

Dead Row

3) stretch

I'm not a stretcher. My favorite might be the one where the arm goes across the chest and you grab either above or below the elbow.

4) plyometrics

Don't do those either.

i'm not good at describing exercises online. you lie on your side with your hips stacked on top of each other, like you are going to do jane fonda leg lifts. you put your top arm (so if you are laying on right side, your left arm) palm down on the floor in front of your chest, then extend your arm lifting your upper body off the floor. i remind people not to cheat and use their obliques to help but instead make their upper body a dead weight.
