Since I have given up my fat filled atkins lifestyle I"m having difficulty finding decent fat free products. Do any of you have a suggestion for which brand of FF Mayo I should purchase? FF cream cheese too gross or should I just stick with low fat?

I stick to low-fat. I haven't found much fat free food, at least ones that should have fat, that taste good but low fat is always fine.

Oh, I forgot about doing that with yogurt. I have some FF yogurt in the fridge right now and I am going to try making the spead. I don't have luck with FF stuff either...they make me gag. The only time I use mayo is if I want a "salad" and then I use the lower fat or the Just 2 Good one.

I can't stand any of the ff products either. The only one I can stomach is FF light yogurts...but the flavored ones. I can do the reduced fat mayo and got used to the Just 2 Good one from Helmann's. AGain, it takes some getting used to.

I really hate the FF products too.

I haven't had egg salad in so long but it's so good!

See...you're satisfied with one egg...and I need 3.

I would do the same thing for egg salad too. I use 3 eggs with only one yolk and add celery. Egg salad is like a comfort food for me.

Have you tried the new Hearty Grains Light English Muffins from Thomas'? They have 8 grams of fiber...more than a lot of cereals. They are ok...hard to toast though. The other hearty grains are good too. There is a 100% whole wheat one.

I have a recipe for an all-natural mayo that you can make yourself, but it isn't fat free. Are you switching to a low-fat diet?

I am a firm believer in for taste low fat and lite is so much better on taste. And you know what I find if I buy lite or low fat I watch my portion sizes. Where as fat free you get stuck in that oh it is fat free dump it on. Where as low fat, you know three grams of fat in one tablespoon that's all you will use. Not to mention the fact I like low fat better because I find it usually has less sugar than fat free.
