I threw up split pea soup in church when I was a kid. The Exorcist was a popular movie at the time. You get the picture.

Happy Friday everyone! I will be Jazzercisin' both Saturday and Sunday. Went to a certifier last night to take her class and Grace was gracious enough to come with me. It was an hour's drive in heavy rain! Not a fun drive but it was a fun class.

Brunch: 1 cup of kashi cereal with FF milk

lunch: pepper and onion omelette, maybe some FF cheese

dinner: roasted lamb, salad, vegetables, not sure which vegetable yet

I bought Quoino at the supermarket. Does anyone know what that is and how I should cook it?

After doing 13 classe in 4 days I have a much needed day off - sort of. Spent all morning doing housework; have a girlfriend, and her dogs, coming for lunch & then we'll head for an afternoon at the dog park; and tonight DH & I are going to hear an aquaintance's fiancee's band (I can't even remember the last time I went out). Back to the grind tomorrow: 2 classes; an afternoon doing reserach and prep for Mon.'s lifestyle class; Sun. I'll being spending all day doing my CPR re-cert.

Breakfast: Alpine Grain (grains, seed and nuts - it's yummy) toast w/ PB

Lunch: No clue yet. My girlfriend wants to taste test some vegan cuisine, so I'll have to see what she's up for, homemade lemonade

Supper: probably homemade soup or a big salad and more Alpine Grain bread

Snacks: tortilla chips & salsa, fresh veggies, homemade oatmeal cookies (I'll have to post the recipe. It's vegan, but everyone who's tried them has asked for the recipe they liked them so much.), herbal tea

Thanks for that recipe Jean! I have a feeling that I'm not going to like it now because you don't like it. I'll try it though, it is an unlimited core food on WW.
