I've got a pretty easy day today. Only one client this evening. Let the holiday cancellations begin... :) I'm going to do upper body and cardio today (did lower body and cardio yesterday). I'm giving this split routine a shot to see how I do. I'm pretty tired today as I was up late at a concert last night. There are things that I *should* do, but curling up on the couch with a blanket is looking more and more appealing.

oh, update on my slivered almonds. i think they actually are salted. but not nearly as much as i'd like them to be!! i'm a saltaholic.

FITNESS-

Teach Mindful Movement, weightlifting and kickboxing classes. I may do some stability ball stuff at home for my back.

FOOD-

Breakfast: Triple Berry Oatmeal Crisp w/ vanilla Silk; ginseng-green tea

Lunch: homemade Thai pumpkin soup; 9-grain ciabatta bun; green tea

Supper: teriyaki marinated tofu w/ steamed veggies

Snacks: fresh fruit; wholegrain pita w/ hummus; herbal tea
