I've got a pretty easy day today. Only one client this evening. Let the holiday cancellations begin... :) I'm going to do upper body and cardio today (did lower body and cardio yesterday). I'm giving this split routine a shot to see how I do. I'm pretty tired today as I was up late at a concert last night. There are things that I *should* do, but curling up on the couch with a blanket is looking more and more appealing.
