now you are starting to come around!! i love lying on the couch watching tv after working out hard during the day. it's the best thing. i don't need to watch tv in my bedroom though because i have everything i need on the couch. it's oriented so i can lie on it like i'm lying in bed and see the screen, plus i have my electric blanket set up to keep me warm, plus the ottoman is near my right arm to hold all the remotes and any drinks or snacks. then my cat lays on the ottoman and the dog lays between the couch and the ottoman, and we are all set! if T watches tv, he has his own couch where he can sit and put his feet on the ottoman
mmm, i'm eating a clementine right now! i already lost count of how many i ate this year, almost a whole crate.
i'm going to try to make it through 45 min of spinning today, though i'm still really sore! not as bad as yesterday though. i'll try to keep a picture in my head of love handles spilling out of a grass skirt to motivate me. no workout tonight - going back to art-o-matic. so far, still on track this week with eating and exercise. i've been really eating as much as i want, so i'm suspicious that i'll lose weight, but i want to see if it works to just clean up my diet but not restrict my intake. we'll see...........................
whole foods-
pre-lunch- coffee, cashews and almonds (highly SALTED, yum!), clementines
lunch- big salad with marinated tofu, steamed watercress,
1 hour upper body boot camp class (did bicep curls with the bar, tricep extensions with weights, and pec flyes while lying on the ball, plus abs at the end)
Breakfast: 2 slices whole grain toast with Marmite and a smear of butter, 1 mini babybel cheese, 1 mug of V8 with Tabasco.
Lunch: 2 egg omelet with veggies, low fat ramen in homemade miso soup Dinner: ???
Snacks: FFSF yogurt, veggies with ranch dip, and a Mint Lindor truffle for a treat.
A lot of people at the gym asked about my weights class, word is starting to get around and I'm very happy about that!
Plus, I think I can easily convert my regular step routine into 2-step I am going to give that a shot sometime soon.

I'm still so tired... I plan on doing a Body Pump class this evening but I'm playing it by ear. I learned something yesterday. Vegan is pronounced VE-gen not VAY-gen. All this time, I've heard it in my head at VAY-gen but yesterday on the radio I heard them discussing the subject and finally heard the correct pronunciation. (Told you that I'm exhausted.)
Breakfast - Stopped by McDonald's this morning because I had to come to work early and didn't have time to make breakfast. McD's is yucky! Ewww!
Snack - Twix, Pepsi (McD's may have triggered this)
Lunch - ???
P.M. Snack - 2 Tangerines
Dinner - I'll probably just have a salad and call it a day
Not my best day. I can't eat fast food because it causes me to make poor choices throughout the rest of the day. Good thing I don't like it!
Be careful about extending an invitation like that, there'll be a strung out woman at your doorstep.....But hey, I'll bring you some healthy vegan snacks, I never go anywhere empty handed.

I know it's supposed to be pronounce vee gan, but I'm so used to saying vay gan that I still say it that way.
No class for me today.
