I've got a fairly easy day today. I'm training one client this morning, then doing my upper body workout and then doing step (yay!). And then... I'm taking DH for his vasectomy. I've pretty much agreed to be his slave for the weekend which includes making him mudslide cookies (a recipe I found in our newspaper recently) this afternoon. No idea on food because I've promised the king whatever he wants.
Having a much needed day off - getting my semi-annual trim, might do a little housework & need to go out and patch my foundation before its too cold for the cement to set. I think I'll make a batch of either asparagus-leek OR roasted butternut squash soup and some multigrain rolls.

Breakfast: Triple Berry Oatmeal Crisp w/ Silk; hot lemon water; soy chai latte
Lunch: I'm thinking a salad of spring greens, sugared almonds, dried cranberries w/ a ginger-lime dressing; some sort of tea
Supper: homemade soup w/ fresh rolls
Snacks: the last of my oatmeal cookies; ww pita w/ roasted garlic hummus; fresh fruit; tortilla chips w/ fresh salsa

they do say that working out increases one's libido, so i wouldn't be surprised if gym rats are a bit randier than most.
