I'm on week two of my split workout and I'm proud of myself for sticking with it (old habits are so hard to break!). I've also been pretty good about keeping my intensity up during my solo cardio workouts (it's not usually a problem in classes). I keep raising the bar for myself in my boxing lessons too and I can tell that I'm improving.
I don't know yet. It's still feeling a little foreign. Two things I am liking about it though are that I don't need such massive chunks of time for my weight training and cardio (the downside is that instead of being "done" with weights, I've had to make room in two more days). Also, I like doing less in one session because I can focus more on what I'm doing. It's hard to give 110% on both legs and chest when you're doing them in the same day. I always felt like something suffered. Let me give it a few more weeks and I'll let you know. :)

Jean,
definitely!
thanks , I guess that is an accomplishment of some sort.
Jean,
This isn't an accomplishment (but it reflects in an indirect way the hard wark I've been putting in).
I've gotten more than one compliment lately on the fact that I look like I'm in good shape.
Not that I'm skinny or thin, but "you look like you work out a lot!"
I don't hear stuff like that very often.
:) :) :)
