i'm going to lift weights at lunch, cool down with 15 minutes of cardio. tonight i have yoga, with a sub - hope it's good.

lunch will probably be tofu and veggie stirfry over brown rice, smoothie
dinner- tofu-spinach cakes (kinda looks like a crab cake but made with tofu and spinach), sweet potato, green beans, greens
apple (didn't eat it yesterday)
herbal or green tea
just a little confession - almost every day i eat some, but not all, of what i say i'm going to eat, but i also eat a bunch of dried fruit and nuts that i don't put on my log. that's what i end up eating when i'm hungry and need a snack immediately, but then i'm not hungry enough to eat all the food i planned to eat.
I've got a client this morning and I'll be doing my own workout (upper body and probably 40 minutes on the elliptical). I've got a $15 coupon for shoes at a local shoe store so I'm going to pop over there after my client to see if I can get some new athletic shoes (anybody else have an athletic shoe obssession? I think I need a support group.) I'm picking up Chipotle for late lunch on the way home and then I've got three appointments tonight.
well, it's just a confession because my logs weren't accurate. i am happy that i've been able to eat well for the past week or so and reach for healthy snacks.
i don't really have any juicy confessions. i'm a pretty clean cut gal.

hmmm, very mysterious. hopefully, i can be clean cut and get skinny.
of course, being bad and being clean cut are both open to interpretation! i'm sure there are many people out there would say i'm a bad girl
