Taught step & abs at 6:30 am. Resting right now before I have to go teach another step class at 9:30 am.
Food:
2 slices whole grain toast w/butter & Marmite
1 mini Babybel cheese
1 glass V8
Giant coffee w/cream & sugar
edit: nix the whole grain bagel, didn't have the appetite for that, just had a banana.
Lunch: going out with bf.
Dinner: ???

Breakfast: multigrain bread w/ PB; soy chai latte
Lunch: tomato & onion salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette; ginseng-green tea
Supper: I'll probably make a batch of roasted butternut squash soup & have some w/ multigrain bread, if not it'll be marinated tofu w/ steamed veggies
Snacks: fresh fruit/veggies; oatmeal cookies; popcorn; tea of varying sorts
i finished that thing at work that i didn't want to do and was procrastinating on! woo hoo! plus we get to leave early today at 2, though it doesn't help me much because if i leave here at 2, i'll get home at 2:30 and have to leave home to
