Does anyone eat different from your usual the days after Thanksgiving?

I am just going back to my regular eating today.
Often times, my post-thanksgiving meals are not terribly healthy and larger than usual. Not this year though... I actually didn't eat as much as I expected yesterday. Usually, I'm the epitome of gluttony on turkey day but seeing as how we were at MIL's, there wasn't anything I wanted seconds of (maybe her insistence on hosting was a blessing in disguise). :) I did get a little flak from her because I had small portions of everything on my plate whereas everyone else's were piled high with stuff. Before I get too busy patting myself on the back, I did have a few desserts as well. I'm planning for my eating to return generally to normal this weekend. I have one client this morning and then I'm doing upper body and a step class. After class, I'm training our aesthetician and then she's givng me a pumpkin peel. :)
Breakfast: peanut butter and jelly
Snack: protein shake
Not sure about the rest of the day. Surprisingly, we have about half of the chocolate brownie tart in our fridge and I'm not really even tempted by it. (Maybe I should see a doctor. :) It's pretty rich.... as my BIL put it "There's so much chocolate per square inch." LOL...
I didn't have that much either.
mmm, i'd love chipotle today. oh shoot, no white rice for me.
today is a good workout day since it's so quiet at work, i can disappear for a long time. that's the only reason i tend to workout more the day after thanksgiving - b/c i can! my gym has a special 90min spin class today at 12:30 that i wanted to do, but i agreed to teach step at noon so i can't. i'll probably lift some weights after class - second time this week! tonight at home i'll do a yoga video i haven't tried before. we'll see.........
i tried my skinny jeans on today. they fit nicely in the waist and hips but are still a little too tight in the upper thigh/butt area. they have that wrinkle that forms a couple of inches below the butt - do you know what i mean? that's how i decide if jeans are too tight in the thighs. too bad we can't allocate where we lose weight from so my thighs and butt can catch up!! meanwhile the jeans i ended up wearing today
Ugh, I feel like a blob today!!! I didn't eat THAT much, but just a plateload of all that rich food is enough to tide me over for a couple of days.
And of course the pie, and the box of Xmas cookies bf's mom sent home w/us that I just HAD to sample last night before putting in the freezer.
Yesterday bf and I snuck away from his 12 nieces and nephews to go for a walk around his neighborhood (because I was doing the head-bob on the couch after getting so stuffed), and it turned out to be a disaster! All of that "real food" (no fat free cream cheese, etc. used in bf's mom's cooking -- and no butter, etc. spared...) went right through me and I barely made it back to his house!!! A couple of times I was doubled over on the sidewalk, stomach cramping up, searching my pockets for Kleenix and the area for large bushes I could hide behind! It was awful. I made it home, though. Sorry if TMI. :) My bf found it all extremely hilarious, which I did not appreciate at the time. LOL.
So anyway, today I'll be eating a lot of fruits and veggies just because I'm craving them after everything yesterday. I'll probably eat a smaller lunch that usual today just because I'm plain old NOT HUNGRY! I won't workout any differently than usual, I don't think... but I think it will feel better than usual! ;)

I get it w/out rice, with lettuce instead.
but if you get it without the rice (and you don't eat meat), it's basically just lettuce, guacamole, onion & peppers, salsa,
