Muy bien!
Good morning Jen.
I speak Cantonese (quite badly). My eating at the holiday party was great. I skipped all the appetizers, which were deep fried pot stickers and tortilla chips and the dinner was a buffet so I filled up 3/4 of my plate with salad and steamed veggies and added 1 piece of rosemary grilled chicken breast.
My bf and I did play the rafting game and table hockey and Skee Ball, but no DDR as I was wearing shoes with 6" platforms!
Teaching step & sculpt tonight, and this is a busy week, I'm subbing a total of 3 extra classes this week.
Breakfast: whole grain bagel, cream cheese, spring mix, smoked salmon, glass of V8
Lunch: chicken caesar salad
Snacks: clementines, veggies & dip
Dinner: ???
that's cool that you know ASL. but how do you use tapes to learn sign language?! i'm confused.
Oops, I meant video tapes. I can't visualize it from books at all, from the description.
Jean,
My son is learning sign language at his preschool. It really is amazing how quickly children pick these things up.
No workout today!
