An instructor called me up late last night and asked me to sub her class so I'm doing 2 classes AGAIN today, 9:30 and 11:30, I'm already burned out but desperately need the money, plus I need the workout time because I'm gaining weight. :(
Breakfast: veggie omelet, low-sodium V8 Lunch: spaghetti squash, tomato sauce, shrimp ring, spinach salad if I can fit it in, if not, I'll have the salad for a snack Dinner: probably going out with BF.
The shrimp ring is the super cheap kind (not the kind I'd buy to serve at a party) and has teeny tiny shrimp, maybe 1/2 a bite each. The box says there are 50-60 in the ring, so yeah, it's pretty easy to eat the whole thing myself :)
Kind of a busy day today when I wish I could just hang out at home... Going into work to lift upper body and do step class. I have two clients afterwards. I also have a conference call that I'm supposed to be on so I may just stay at work to do that. I'm getting my hair cut and then doing a little shopping. Going to dye my hair tonight... doing primarily brown all over with purple streaks again.
Just cardio, I ran 4 miles on the treadmill at the gym this morning. I find on Fridays, lately I need to workout in the morning or at lunch time. I think because it gets dark so early by the time I get home from work on a Friday afternoon, I know working out will just not happen. Though I was so tired this morning, as I was running I wanted to go faster but honestly my body would not move any faster than it was going.
Breakfast - Balance bar and coffee Lunch - Turkey sandwich, fruit salad Dinner - Salad with some kind of protein on it (eggs or turkey) Snack - Chips and Salsa
I have seen different versions of that treat, it is actually on South Beach for dessert. I loved it so much I ended up eating it everyday and now I hate it. I hate when I do that. But its been about 5 months since I have had that treat maybe I should try it again and dont over do it.

No idea on food. Nothing sounds good. At all.
going to a yoga class tonight and then going home to veg. can't work out this afternoon b/c i'm getting my roots done and a trim.

tofu and veg stirfry over brown rice, smoothie for lunch
soup with veggies for dinner
maybe some popcorn for a snack

I just had a yummy treat--I mixed 1/4 c. part skim ricotta cheese, 2 Tbsp. pumpkin butter, raisins and almonds and nuked it.
