Wasn't the old man funny in 50 first dates?

Found out that it's perfectly normal for some women to lose their appetites during the ninth month of pregnancy and it's OK if I lose a pound or two. I was beginning to feel all guilty for not nourishing my baby, but from what I've read, she's getting the nourishment she needs and I don't have to beat myself up about not eating a ton. Whew!

Breakfast - Fiber One Cereal

A.M. Snack - 1 Grapefruit

Lunch - Broccoli, rice, beef roast with veggies

P.M. Snack - Salad and clementines

Dinner - Maybe a little chicken & veggies, cranberry sauce

Late Night Snack - Sugar-free popsicles are my new thing

Prenatal yoga tonight. I'm actually looking forward to it because my back and hips are so sore. BUT, I WILL NOT DO YOGA AFTER THE BABY IS BORN. It's not my thing. (Is that in writing forever? I reserve the right to change my mind at any time.)

There's not much room in your stomach for food once the baby gets big! I have no doubt the baby will be fine, but it's par for the course to worry.

Breakfast: veggie omelet, clementines
Lunch: grilled chicken breast, oven roasted fennel
Snack: clementines, luna bar, banana, babybel cheese

snowy day here...counting down the days till bf and I leave for cuba - 10 and counting! We warmed up for it on the weekend by going swimming and hot tubbing. And today I was doing some confirmation with the travel agent and also looking into booking a hotel for new years.

Hi, all! Happy Monday! Had a pretty good weekend. Subbed two classes Saturday and thought it was a license to eat the rest of the weekend. Went shopping with DD to the Gap outlet and got some good bargains for Christmas. Sunday we got out Christmas tree and will put it up next weekend after it sits in a bucket of water for a week. Pregnant DD and her DH went with us and then we went out for dinner afterwards. Oh, went to Kohl's with younger DD earlier and got some more Christmas presents.

Took two classes today. They were with the instructor I subbed for last week. I talked to the instructor afterwards to apologize for not following her Pilates exactly as she did it. She does a different kind of Pilates than what I studied and the biggest thing is she breathes the opposite that I do and how I was taught. She is not wrong, it is just the way she learned with getting "certified" with Fit Tour. I am going to pull out my books again and my AFFA Mat Science manuals to make sure I am doing it right. But, I am pretty sure I am. That is why for years, Pilates was a trademarked workout. That is why AFFA calls it Mat Science and why I try to call my classes Pilates based. It was a very interesting converstation.

Eating is already a disaster today and I am not going to go there.

Have a good week all.

Hope your tummy feels better for tonight. I decided I don't care for quinoa. I keep thinking it will taste something like whole wheat couscous and it doesn't. Nutmeg isn't my favorite either. I guess I would really not do well with that cereal.

Enjoy your class tonight.

Grace
