It is actually on my certification test.. the question is what is the progression method?
It is nowhere in the 2 books I have read.

maybe they mean that because of the training effect, you have to make your workout progressively more intense (heavier weights, faster sprint) to continue to see fitness gains? hopefully someone else will respond who has heard of this!

My take on it would be something like being on your hands and knees and lifting your leg behind you, up and down to work your glutes and hamstrings.
